Matthew Ricciardella
Matthew Ricciardella is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a value-add private investment firm that began operations in 2014 and consists of over 90 self-storage and manufactured housing communities across three Funds. Matt is responsible for the management and oversight of the Funds, including investment strategy, fundraising, asset management, and operations. With over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has personally been a principal in over $350M in real estate transactions.
